i am new here, but i have an important question.
does anyone have experience in wearing a fancy steel belt for longer time, at least one week?
my BF and i want to marry in march and he likes the idea of me being belted for the week when he is not home. and to be honest it also turns me on.
we now have a chinese v-style complete set incl. bra and thigh bands. thats really nice for playing saturday/sunday, but is impossible to wear the belt for more than 6-8 hours. the chains dig in and seating longer than 1 hour is a real problem. rigid backe is no opportunity due to dress code (and my personal aversion). so only cable style remanins and i found fancy steel. the price is rather high but it seems to be a really slim design with a lot of additional toys.
so, are there any experiences in this community?

Fancy Steel make make different models of chastity belts.
The model with a metal waist band is the best for long time wear.
Other models more like the belt you now use.
But you must also be used to wear it.
This take time and many make it to add 1 hour more / each day.
Then it take about a month to reach 24/7 if you not take some breaks for days.

thank you for your reply. i also intend to buy one with a metal waist band, but better hip or waist style? i am rather tall (175 cm) but not very slim, european size app. 44.
and they also offer a slim fit belt which seems to be the best one to hide under almost any clothing

Hip or waist style it's more how you dress by the way.
Low-cut clothes are more easily hidden with the hip style.
However, waist style can often be preferred, as it does not press over the hip bones.
Correctly measured, both protect equally well.

You should check with the fancy steel team about how long it will take. From my experience you probably won't have your new belt in time for March.

we know they are rather slow, but they also are a little bit like Clint Eastwood: For "a few dollars more" almost everything can de done (faster). So the manufacturing of belt, thigh bands and the lot of toys we ordered will only last 3 weeks. Then airfreight to Europe and customs clearing should be no more then 2 weeks. It is rather expensive but as fancy steel is anyway none of the cheap producers it doesn't matter.
