A nice idea, but should be developed more. 
I see a problem attaching the piercing rods to labia, under the protection. Better if there was an extra cover locked over the piercing rods. Therefore, there are probably not many who use it.

This item is puzzling me. There are many questions which comes to my mind:
- is it orgasmproof?
- isn't it too painful?
- is it hygienic?
- is it safe against boltcutters?
- is it easy to hide under clothes? (it looks bulky)
Personally, I don't want to try this device (I am not pierced anywhere). But it should be tried and documented. Can be interesting.

Well the shield itself doesn't seem that bulky, the removable catheter looks awkward, but I'd guess that doesn't get used all the time?

I would worry about being able to actually hold urine with that catheter...there doesn't look to be any type of stopper to control the flow of liquid. So, great for maybe a play session, but impractical otherwise from the look of it
