Re: Newbie
I found a remedy to using my chinese belt and any pinching issues with the shields was by using small tap washers around the posts, this separates them nicely. The posts unscrew and I took a spare from an old belt to use on the padlock post so utilising only one lock at the waistband. Tail bone hurties under the single wire still occur, I use a spare piece of cut off rubber waist lining in that spot. Once a good fit is obtained after some experimentation, rivet the nut & bolt holes and consider heat shrink tubing for the waistband to avoid slipping off. Just some tips I found. Oh, and a washer under the waist block lock also alleviated rattling.

Thanks for the insight. I think i got it by now, that the best way is simply by adjusting your belt personally with anything that might come in handy^^ Not sure if i consider myself that good in craftsmanship but i am willing to learn.
