The question about lock

Hi everyone! I have read about Tollyboy locks. Of course they need a key to unlock them, but also they require a key to lock it on the belt.
The question is: how works permanent lock? I mean does it need a key or not? To have a key to the lock that can't be unlocked is unusual, but Tollyboy has no locks which can be just snap shut in place. Thanks.

Two things why permanent ... when it's utopia?
You can not take a cock cage or a belt and first take it off after 10 years .... and what game or spill is it?
When I have to make the lock unusable, I put a wier lock in, making sure I can not break this one-time lock without it being seen and then the lock and key are out of spill and it's very cool

Hi Jessica and welcome to BeltedGirls.
I think it is hard to get a lock from Tollyboy today as the business seems to be down!

As Ata wrote, why permanent?
The Tollyboy lock works like a security bolt. You can close it but not open!

Tollyboy are not currently in regular production but Richard Davies does sometimes reply yo inquiries, and I believe intends to resume sooner or later. But the link to the permanent lock is here: item is at bottom of page.

It locks m#normally but the key won't unlock afterwards
