Who'd be tempted to get this for self restraint?

I know that when I get my first belt, I'm going to have a really hard time to keep myself in when I'm not in the mood. Then I stumbled upon this thing and I'm very interested in it.

It's a box that locks for a preset amount of time. It's a lot cheaper than other similar systems I've seen.
Sorry I sound so much like a commercial, I'm just really excited about it.
Who else would be interested in something like this?

There's also this: same principle but gives you options for longer lockup periods.

I might give it a go. Beats the hell out of freezing the keys in a block of ice, which was the preferred method at one time.

If anyone asks you, "What is the price of freedom," you can now happily answer, $49.

I've just backed the bluetooth unit ... now to suggest remote unlocking by another person ... and also I've got to actually get a belt that will work 24/7 ... and the hip belts are having problems (noise when leaning against work tops) and the waist belt is only for event wear .. I'd need another with a larger waist for 24/7 wear ... but *shhhhh* I'm working on that

The goals option sounds really good. Especially with the amount of step - would help encourage diet / weight loss if keys were locked up till you had done it.
Great idea

I know I'd be running a lot more haha.
I like the stretch goal they just published for having a friend as the one with the ability to open it!

I just backed the bluetooth one as well. I'm really excited, but I wonder how long it'll take to get to Japan... Sigh.
