My *!?$%*&#$% lining came off my belt today! I thought about ditching the lining but I can tell the edges won't be comfortable. I've considered cutting back the lining so it is simply edging but once it is done, it is done and I can't go back... I'm so frustrated right now!

Before you cut it back and make the change permanent, find a craft store and buy rubbery edging and see if that works for you. There are plenty of adhesives that will stick just enough to hold it in place without preventing you from removing it if you desire. Not too many craft-store adhesives will stick well to stainless.

Finding anything pink will also be next to impossible.. black is easy.. thought about maybe investing in a back wire belt so I can have a back-up?

Main issue is the silicone around the anal opening and up the back strap. Mmmm.. instead of investing in wire belt, maybe I could just modify my existing belt to a back wire belt.

Beat me to it. That's something I'd also considered, one thing that stopped me was how there'd be a spot on the primary shield between the legs without edging.

P.S. It's my hypothesis that the edging on the Mysteel belts is stiffer than our primary shield edging and that may have something to do with it not sticking as well. Maybe someone with a Mysteel can debunk or confirm my idea?

wonder if it would be easier to glue if liner only had the edging and not the rest? i've noticed it can irritate my skin after a long period of time.

You can modify to back strap, but then need a wire and something to attach it to your belt.

Maybe Tobbe can come up with a "service kit for Chinese belts "
A cable kit with three? components
1] A REAR anchor plate with a rear Cable anchor pre riveted to it which is pre drilled to use the same pair of belt holes as the strap type [rear eye] shield.
2] A paper template that is positioned behind front shield after where the labia section ends, but before the front of the rear eye.This will give the person with the belt a fixed point to measure from then they can measure how long a steel cable Tobbe needs to make for them. Tobbe can advise if the cable needs to be marginally shorter to allow for the fact the cable is more fleible and a lots narrower and will sit between cheeks rather than one them as rear eye/strap does
3] REAR CABLE WITH RIVETS/stainlless bolts? and 1 anchor TO FIT where the rer strap is cut as per template and riveted on.

Of course, I could do a "service kit for Chinese belts". But unfortunately the other parts of this type of belts are not made for long term use. The liner will not hold more than a few months and it's hard to get a new one. Therefore it´s always a better option to order a measure customized belt from My-Steel or Neosteel.
