Looking at My-Steel vaginal and anal inserts, they are customisable with number of balls, diameter etc.

I can take very large buttplugs for extended periods of time, but was just wondering about the practicalities with CB use. Has anyone experience on wearing both vaginal & anal inserts at the same time? Again I can keep Ben Wa balls in my vagina for a long time, but how about a week in a belt with a dildo?

My Chinese belt can be double-plugged. Wearing it is very hard, especially sleeping. I think some girls can with some training.

If you want to keep inserts, be careful about hygiene (from both sides) (daily breaks are recommended). Otherwise, there ar no problems keeping a plug (or 2 plugs) all the time. You can train without the belt, and take them out when needed.

Very important: the plug must be able to slide in its slot. A fixed plug can be dangerous.
