Hello Lizza
I dont know if you read the male chastity post by Admin posted today the 8Th about a german belt user hon holiday in spain could not get his belt off. Had to get Fire service etc to grind away at it. Bad enough getting stuck in your own country, Worse when abroad and the press find out.
Hows the rework of your post progressing.Did you find a file or dremel disc that can cut the groove uou need yet?

Not read by me.
was he wearing a female belt?Yes it can and does happen.I guess panic sets in and swelling occurs in NOT obvious places, around the waist etc, odema I think is called,it can all get dangerous.I know any loss of feeling or numbness is a definite sign of impending doom or loss of circulation.I would never never call a belt a toy.I think if a person is locked in and cant get out severe bruising CAN happen and from the bruising it can also get nasty.Just my my views. We all need to be careful.
Waiting for a file to do the post.

progress
my belt is now lockable again. The engineering job I did on it is messy, but it has worked.I got my new file.
All I need now is a new cylinder insert and all done.

Good to hear that you repaired the belt.
Is there a picture of what you did?
Every woman should wear chastity belt!
90% of women have never heard of it,
90% of all women who hear about it will find the idea good,
90% of all women who have tried it are enthusiastic.
There remains a lot of work

Hello Lizza
Dont be shy? There are not many people who would attempt to rebuilt a chastity belt locking post like you are doing, I am sure there are lots of people jealous of your skills.
Sharing a description of the work is good, sharing a picture guide even better. Maybe spur other ladies on to try there hand at metal re modelling

Honestly its an abomination!,
I cant currently up load any file or picture in this forum.............I have tried,If I am allowed to I will "post" some pictures, high resolution.
It was a simple matter of filing a concave groove onto the round "post", very crude and not without its problems in fairly accurate alignment.I used a 6mm coarse rat tail file.I took basic measurements at the start, its not purrfect but it can now be lockable. Its an ugly sight but functional. It has weakened the structure of the post, it now has two groves in it opposite each other but such is life?It saved me a hundred smackaroons for a new belt aka GBP £, soooo it paid off

WARNING
DONT do this!
I had a very near miss tonight in my belt.I have just got it done so I could lock it.I don't have any kind of key for my old lock right now.Soooo me being silly me, and an experimenter, i rammed in my old cylinder locking thing into the locking block.I had already done simulations of the belt being locked and removing the cylinder even it was fully in,I had it all worked out.Yea sure...................hmmmmmmmmmm so I was in my belt and thought ok time to get out.It all went wrong. I could NOT get the cylinder out with all my special equipment I had,I thought ok, stay in it, get used to it, you CANT get out!I got thinking no i DO want to get out.I tried and tried slowly mangling the brass insert, I couldn't dig into it into the cylinder in the block to move it, it was IN THERE! No getting out baby.I was getting REALLY hot by this time and getting tired with all the effort,my strength was sapping.I made one last effort, by this time I was REALLY concerned,The cylinder moved just a little enough for me to grab it with pliers. All my best laid plans had all gone wrong about getting out of the belt.It scared me...............a fair amount.I got VERY near to trying to cut it off.Never again will i do this.It got serious.

Only SAFE way with these things is WITH A LOCK and KEY.DON'T try this at home ladies, it can get worrying. SILLY SILLY me. I learned from this.

i found out what went wrong.HEAT! BODY heat
Heat makes the lock expand, brass stainless and that junk metal block they use.MY reworked block on the brass insert is a very tight fit.so wen it all got hot it was almost impossible to move it.

You already have all necessary permissions to attach photos to your post. The only possible problem would be if the file sizes are bigger than allowed but this is extremely unlikely. Any normally sized photo should attach just fine.
