Unfortunately.
The only thing you can do is contact the seller and ask if you can buy a new liner.
Liners from other manufacturers do not fit, because they use thicker metal on the belt and are also difficult to glue so they are firmly attached.

If you use your belt more than a session some time, it always better with a belt manufactured after your size.

After about a year of tape and Silicone liners, I moved to heat shrink tubing:

It is thick enough to be totally comfortable. It lasts about 2 to 4 months with wearing my belt about 70-80% of the time. It has the secondary advantage of helping to secure all the screws (except 2). I have been doing it this way for about 2 years now. I started with a thinner tube; however, this is the best one I've found.
