Best belts currently being produced are from My-Steel and Neo-Steel.

You can wear it under any clothing, the tighter the clothing the more noticeable any lines or lock bumps you'll have.

Hygiene is always an issue that you must be mindful of. My advice for when we menstruate is to remove the belt while having heavy flows and re-belt when your cycle finishes. True, you can wear your belt during your monthly cycle, but you'll find you'll start to feel funky and not really wanting to be belted for that.
