Fabulous start looking forward to the next chapters.
loved starting the chastity element with a chain belt CB
there are a couple of small grammar errors there mostly extra ands and a small tense mismatch but the spelling is great.
Is the gag a real device? I would love a pic of it if it is real!

Re: Stuck in a belt since 17
Aqua regia will eat through any metal so there is no possibility that you can't be released. You will have to make a shield out of ceramic or glass and work in a half full bathtub of cold water but drop by drop you will be free and you can do it by yourself (I would recommend an assistant for increa...

Re: CNC Laser
Another great aspect of the laser is that most of them can be set to variable depth so say you are cutting .9mm 3CR13MoV you can set up your program to also cut .07mm engraving into the piece at the same time. So you can engrave barely there Guide lines for assembly, Company logos, little love-heart...

Re: VELCRO
Velcro tends to get kind of manky (and that is just in my fencing armour) YKK have another similar system using hundreds of little micro-sized nylon mushrooms on either side It lasts long and holds tighter and sheds sweat and water better(I guess pee too) and being nylon rather than Polyester is bio...

Re: Broken Keys
a broken screw extractor can also work. Drill a small hole in the back of the key and glue the drill bit in place to make a handle You can heat a brass lock with a steel key and the different expansion rates might get you enough wiggle room to get the key If you don't mind destroying the lock you ca...

Re: Defeating Chastity belt locking systems
Adding to Pyra's point, any lock can be picked, any belt can be cut, any chastity device defeated. This comes down to skill, available tools, and most importantly, drive and motivation with the latter being the most important. I had one person in an all-stainless "gates of heck" device wh...

Re: Chastity belt locking systems
I think the tubular lock used by Tollyboy (in early versions anyway) and by AD were modified from off the shelf locks used in electronic products. I am pretty sure AD did not build theirs from scratch. One possibility would be to modify one of these http://www.northeastlock.com/miniaturelocks.html ...

Re: Belt Making Experiments II
The hardened aluminiums like T5 and T6 will retain their shape better than the Al you are using, If you can get them to bend in the first place. You will need a bigger lever. (and perhaps a better locking mechanism for your lathe)Also if you slightly over bend the Al it will spring back to the posit...

Re: lateral thinking on liner materials
Sugru is a silicon putty that you can form like playdough or femo into any shape you desire, it then cures at room temperature and sticks too aluminium, steel, ceramics, glass, wood and other materials including some plastics like perspex and ABS and rubbers like silicone and butyl rubber. It comes ...
